Improving Resilience to Start, Stay and Succeed at Work

Here you will find resources to accompany your Improving Resilience to Start, Stay and Succeed at Work course.

We learned that although work is good for us it can sometimes be stressful to cope with different demands, cause us uncertainty in times of change and trigger our anxieties. At these times, it is helpful to use our resilience to adjust to these different demands and navigate change. We looked at what resilience is, the benefits of building our own resilience and applying this to our own situation. We learnt to identify and understand our own personal reaction to change and embrace this, as well as strategies to manage our own well-being. 

Developing your own personal resilience action plan

Below you will find a link to a workbook which supports you to develop your own personal resilience plan. This will help to provide you with some structure and enable you to stay focused and committed to your well-being and personal growth during these challenging times.
