Have you missed a call from us?
As many of our team are working remotely under the current safety guidelines for Covid-19, our calls may come from a 'withheld' or 'private' phone number.
If you're expecting a call from us, please look out for this.
For your confidentiality we will only leave a voicemail message if you have given us permission to do so.
If you are not sure whether you have given permission to leave voicemails, you can give permission by emailing us at info@italk.org.uk and we will add this to your file.
We understand that some people prefer not to answer calls from unknown numbers, and some smartphones allow you to block these calls automatically. This can mean our calls don't get through. We will try to call twice, before sending an email to check that you still wish to use our service.

For your confidentiality, we will always check we are speaking to the right person before letting you know it's italk calling. We will only ask you to confirm your name.
All italk support is free of charge, so we will never ask for payment or any information regarding your bank details. If you are ever unsure that it's us, please hang up and call our main line on 023 8038 3920.
If you receve a lot of unwanted calls, you may find it helpful to register with the Telephone Preference Service to opt out of unsolicited sales calls.
