From italk to Talking Therapies:
new name, same service
As part of a nationwide NHS Campaign, all Improving Access to Psychological Therapy (IAPT) services across the country will soon change their name to 'Talking Therapies'.
This means that italk will also be changing its name and from December 2023 will be called 'Talking Therapies Hampshire'. We want to reassure you that our service will remain the same, it is just the name changing.
We will continue to provide you with the same level of expert care by offering effective psychological therapies for people experiencing the most common mental health conditions.
